Where is St. Paul’s located?

St. Paul’s is located in Darien, Connecticut, about half a mile south of exit 37 on the Merritt Parkway.  St. Paul’s is also creating mission stations throughout Connecticut to meet others where they live, work and play. We currently have seven stations – they are located in New Milford (1), Newtown (1), Norwalk (4), and Stonington (1).
 

How many attend St. Paul’s?

St. Paul’s Darien is known for equipping individuals to know Christ and then sending them out into the world to make Christ known.  We have approximately 250 members that live throughout Fairfield County—Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Fairfield, Wilton, Ridgefield and beyond.
 

Do I need to dress up to fit in at St. Paul’s?

St. Paul’s has a ‘come as you are’ atmosphere. You will see some dressed up and some dressed down. We have no expectations for attire.
 

How do I know where to get involved (i.e. small group, volunteer, etc.)?

St. Paul’s is one big open family. Our relationships are more organic than programmatic. While we do have classes for newcomers about twice a year, the best way to get plugged-in is to introduce yourself and ask questions. There are lots of small groups and/or avenues to volunteer. We want to build a friendship with you and help you build a   friendship with Jesus Christ.
 

What are your clergy like?

Father Christopher Leighton (The Rector) and Father Jordan Easley (The Assistant Rector) are dynamic, energetic, and funny.  Under their leadership, they provide direction, vision, and wisdom for our church.  They are both lifelong learners and enjoy spending time with their families.  Check out one of their current sermons or get to know them a little better on their blogs.
