This is a very exciting time to be a Christian living in Connecticut and the metropolitan New York area.  God is on the move!  We are experiencing new things from God that are fully consistent with His timeless character and His past dealings with His people.  We are a people with a past!  God has shown his favor on Connecticut before, as thousands were touched by the Holy Spirit in Darien in the 1970s and 1980s.  Of course, God did much before that: He inspired our ancestors to reform the church with Scriptural teaching and to base the church on the Lordship of Christ.  We now see a new move of God taking place to bring diverse people together in the power of the Holy Spirit: city people and suburban and rural people; people of different ethnic and racial backgrounds; those who are blessed with many advantages and those who trust God for everything.  It is a miraculous move of God that anticipates what heaven will be like: the church is coming together!

We hope you will come and grow with us.  Come and experience the power and mystery of worship that is based on Word and Sacrament, ritual and spontaneity, celebration and solemnity.  Come and share life with us by joining a home fellowship group.  A great starting place is signing up for Alpha meetings.  Come and join us in discussing where God may be calling you to serve in ministry – we have always believed that every member of the Body of Christ is a minister.
